What to do during summer ? Here are some drinks/tong sui and desserts that u can try makin
1) barley water (百果腐竹薏米糖水)
Ingredients:
pearl barley(薏米), ginkgo nut(白果), dried beancurd sticks(腐竹)and water
Combine all the ingredients and slow cook for abt 3-4hrs
add in app amount of rock sugar
serve hot or cold

3) chrysanthemum tea jelly (菊花果冻)
Ingredients:

get one pack of this ~ 生地土茯汤
then add them with water
slow cook for 3-4hrs

Ingredients:
konnyaku powder, sugar, chrysanthemum flowers and water
Put chrysanthemum flowers in a teapot and pour hot boiling water.
Strain and leave aside.
Reserve the flower for garnishing.

Bring water to the boil and add in the konnyaku with sugar mixture.
Stir until the sugar and konnyaku dissolve.
Add in the chrysanthemum tea and stir to blend.
Put a chrysanthemum flower onto every mould and fill the mould with konnyaku jelly.

But...here very diff to find even rice...sigh. very expensive summore, ur recipe teach me to find CHRYSANTHEMUM??? AND what what 生地土茯汤 pack?? post to me la.....hahaha
