~LaZy PpL LaZy DiSh~

Its a cold rainy sunday.....spp feels like havin sumthing hot and nice for lunch,but she is so lazy to wash so many utensils after cooking. So,she came up with this idea ~ Claypot chicken rice ~ without claypot, juz by putting all ingredients into the rice cooker and let it do the magic. Less time consuming and less utensils to wash after that. Smart hor? Hahahaha...but actually spg is the 'magician' today.



Ingredients:
2 cups rice, washed and drained
2 chicken drumsticks/leg piece cut into pieces
4 Chinese mushrooms, soaked (2sliced,2cut into cubes)
1 Chinese sausage, sliced
1 tbsp black soya sauce
garlic


Marinade:
4 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
ginger, sliced
2 tbsp sesame oil
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp sugar
½ tbsp corn flour


Garnishing:
Spring onion chopped



Method:
1. Mix chicken, mushrooms with marinade, season for 30 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, make soup using chicken bones, fish maw and garlic.
3. Put rice and chicken soup(sufficient amt to cook the rice,the rest used for soup) into a rice cooker.
4. Spread marinated chickens and mushrooms, Chinese sausage, ginger slices on top, cover and cook.
5. Before serving, sprinkle spring onion ; pour black soya sauce and garlic oil over the rice.

6.For soup, remove chicken bones, add in mushroom cubes and scallops, bring to boil.
Add in 2eggs, stir. Sprinkle some spring onion and serve hot.
